About ME (Patrick)
If you're taking the time to read about me, I appreciate you. Seriously, it means a lot.
Here it goes...
I'm Patrick. I could eat Chipotle for every meal. I love participating in Wine Wednesdays (only red wine though). I've watched every playoff game that LeBron has ever played in. And my favorite day in the gym is leg day (I promise I'm not crazy..it used to be arm day).
I became passionate about this fitness stuff as a 5'2", 98 pound freshmen in high school who had minimal self confidence, but was trying to make the basketball team.
Here’s a picture to show me back then and a photo that accurately sums up who I am now (keep reading below the photo too).
Fitness, specifically lifting weights and understanding nutrition, changed my life. I developed confidence in myself that extended far beyond getting better at basketball (Yes, I ended up making the team). It allowed me to be disciplined, work hard, and feel better in every aspect of life.
And my ultimate goal is to help you do that as well.
More quick background on me….
I went the "safe" route and received my college degree in Finance. However, I quickly realized after 16 months of finance jobs, that I should be helping others look their best, feel their best, and gain confidence in every aspect of their life. All while still enjoying their life along the way.
For the last 10 years, I have been studying about fitness - Specifically how people can look & feel their best (gaining muscle, losing fat, and enjoying life along the way). I've done it for myself.
More importantly, I've helped former athletes get in better shape than they were when they used to play a sport. I've helped people gain confidence in themselves to enjoy aspects of life that they never thought they could. I've helped business owners maneuver their fitness goals while maintaining their busy schedule. I've helped men, women, people that are new to the gym, experienced gym-goers, and everyone inbetween.
I want to help you on your journey. Your ‘Journey To Gains’.
Not only is it a ‘journey’ to gain more muscle but to gain an understanding and skills to lose fat & keep it off for the rest of your life.
If you need someone to help you look your best, feel your best and gain more confidence in yourself while still enjoying all of the wonderful things in life (like burritos & wine)….I'm your guy.

I’ve come a long way from the young man above. I have also learned a ton of new things about myself and fitness and general
I’m someone who enjoys food, drinks, travel, & experiencing life to the fullest. I won’t give these things up and neither should you if you don’t want too.
I want to be healthy, look & feel my best, andddd be the best version of me. While also (just as important) enjoy the heck out of life!
However, for a long time (when I was first getting into fitness 10+ years ago), it seemed like that wasn't possible to do both (enjoy life & focus on fitness).
Butttt fast forward 8+ years of working on my own fitness goals - learning about what workouts & nutrition habits/goals help you make progress losing fat (and keeping it off) while STILL enjoying life...
I realized my passion was to help others make fitness progress in a realistic, simple, enjoyable way!
I also realized that sooo many people were either "all in" & SUPER STRICT with fitness orrrrr they were not caring at all about fitness/nutrition.
It was apparent that people (maybe you) didn't think that you could enjoy your life (going out, fun & tasty foods) and still make progress with your fat loss (or muscle building goals). That’s a depressing thought to have and I wanted to do something about it
Butttt it's possible!! That's why I started my fitness coaches businesses andddd why I started making social media content - to help you (and as many other people) understand & know how to make that kind of progress!
I've worked with 600+ 1-on-1 fitness clients in the last 8+ years anddd helped them lose fat, build muscle, and improve their relationship with food/fitness! AND I decided it was time to start building out a bigger coaching business to help more people with their goals, in a realistic way!
Fitness can be tough BUT we want to make it simple & realistic for you!
Okay okay, outside of my business/coaching, here's more about me!
- I'm originally from Columbus & Cincinnati, Ohio buttttt currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida!
- My favorite food is Italian (butttt I don't discriminate, I love allllllll food)!
- I grew up playing basketball & still LOVE watching it (I'm from Ohio - LeBron is my all time favorite player!)
- I used to work a Finance job butttt quit when I started my fitness business!
- I'm a bigggg time people person & want everyone to succeed/thrive with what they do (including fitness - but me/my team is here to help with that)!
