PRICE BREAKDOWN:

$200-300 per month is: 

  • $50-75/week

  • Less than $7-10/day

  • That’s less than one (inexpensive) meal per day

PRICE COMPARISON:

Most in-person trainers charge $100-150 for a single session. For the cost of 1-2 sessions, you get an entire month of personalized coaching, custom programming (workouts AND nutrition), weekly accountability & support, and direct access to your coach.

Common Questions About Coaching

Q: How is this different from other online coaches?

Most coaches don’t get to know their clients.

They don’t care about you & your success THAT much.

They give them a cookie-cutter plan and send them on their way (with minimal, direct interaction beyond that).

Andddd most coaches are either: 

  • Wayyyy too strict  

  • Don’t ACTUALLY know what leads to fat loss (and how to make it simple for YOU)

My number one goal is to see you succeed, make progress, and ENJOY fitness.

I want you to look your best, feel your best, and live your best life. 

In order to help you make that progress, I hold you accountable and push you.

BUT I also get to know you, your life, and what’s going on. 

With a lot of my clients, we become friends along the way, as they are making progress! 

Additionally, I am an understanding coach.

I know you have a lot going on in life. I know fitness isn’t the ONLY thing you have going on.

I meet you where you are, every step of the journey, so that you feel GOOD about yourself & your progress.

Again, there will be times I need to push you. BUT it will be in a collaborative way (never talking down to you).

Lastly, I know exactly what leads to progress (in a REALISTIC, Simple way).

I keep the plan simple and straightforward so that you can execute, make progress, and enjoy the other parts of your life! 


Q: I've tried everything. How do I know this will work?

If you've failed before, it's probably because the approach wasn't sustainable OR was focusing on the wrong things. 

Overly restrictive diets can work in the short-term but fail long-term. 

My approach is designed to fit your life, which is why my clients actually stick with it and keep their results. 

Q: How much time do I need to commit?

Most of my clients work out 3-5 days per week for 45-60 minutes. 

Additionally, around 30-60 minutes of total walking/cardio each day (a lot of which you normally get in your day to day life). 

Same with nutrition. We focus on a few main things and try to save you time (and stress).

Overall, I design the program around your schedule.

Even If you can only workout 2-3 days per week orrrr don’t have a lot of time to focus on nutrition, we can absolutely still make it work.

Q: What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?

That’s perfectly fine! 

I have worked with a lot of clients who travel regularly.

We create strategies to help you stay on track with your schedule.

AND we can also adjust on the fly

Workouts: When needed, we can adjust and do home workouts, hotel workouts, or even body weight workouts. Whatever you have access to, we’ll make it work! 

Nutrition: We talk through your schedule and figure out how to fit in meals that help you stay on track.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

Nope!  As long as you have a pair of dumbbells at home, you can still make A LOT of progress! 

Q: What if I'm a complete beginner?

Great!  I’m excited for you! 

I work with everyone from total beginners to people who've been lifting for years. 

Your program is built for YOUR experience level. 

Q: Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Because real transformation (and building habits) takes time. 

You can make some good changes in 4-8 weeks. 

However, from everyone I’ve worked with, it normally takes 3-6 months to to build habits, see real progress, and set you up for long-term success.

Q: What happens after the 3 months?

You can continue on a month-to-month for as long as you would like (at a discounted rate).

Many of my clients have been with me for 1-2+ years.

Others feel good about their progress and habits at the end of the 3 months and go off on their won. 

It's completely up to you! 

Q: How do I know if I'm a good fit?
